| Barbara
Castelli, Violinist Barbara Castelli is a native of
Milan. She studied at Cernusco sul Naviglio where her teacher
was Prof. Lucina Invernizzi. After her graduation in 1985 Barbara
continued her studies with Gigino Maestri and Ruggero Ricci. She
was awarded in many important national and international competitions
such as "Citta di Sesto S. Giovanni" and "Citta
di Stresa". She held teaching positions in the music schools
"Guido D'Arezzo in Melzo and at Cernusco sul Naviglio.
From 1987 to 1990 Barbara was a member of the Orchestra del Teatro
"Carlo Felice" di Genova. Since 1990 she has been a
member of the Orchestra "Accademia Nazionale Santa Cecilia".
Laura
Pierazzuoli Cellist Laura Pierazzuoli graduated with
great marks from the Conservatory "Santa Cecilia" in
Rome where she was a student of Giorgio Ravenna. In addition to
that she also completed the experimental course in chamber music
where her teacher was Mr. Marco Lenzi. Upon graduation Laura continued
her studies attending the specialization course, where her teacher
included A. Navarra and L. Signorini.
Laura has been a member of many chamber groups and orchestra
such as Orchestra Gonfalone of Rome and the Orchestra of the Conservatory
"Santa Cecilia. With these ensembles she has performed throughout
Italy and abroad.
Currently she is a member of the International Chamber Ensemble
with whom she has performed in concerts in Italy and the United
States. With the ensemble Amodir she has recorded theme music
and performed in many concerts broadcasted by RAI UNO and VATICAN
TV in world vision.
Since 1997 Laura has been a member of a trio after having specialized
with R. Filippini, M. Sirbu and B. Canino (Trio Milan); with K.
Bogino and A. Liebermann (Trio Tchaikowsky) and D. De Rosa and
Zanettovich (Trio Trieste).
Since 1998 she has been collaborating with R. Cappuccio who is
the director in the theatrical shows for Rome theatre circuit
as well as other national circuits.
Laura also took part in making several television programs for
RAI, such as "C'era un ragazzo" with Gianni Morandi
and "Il Raggio Verde" presented by Michele Santoro.
Since 2000 she has been collaborating with the Orchestra of the
Academy of Santa Cecilia.
Anna
Paola Milea, Pianist Anna Paola Milea was born in Reggio
Calabria in 1965. She graduated from the F. Cilea Conservatory,
where she was a student OF Sonia Pahor. Anna Paola participated
and was awarded in numerous solo as well as chamber music competitions,
some of which include 2nd prize Capri 1989, 3rd prize Venetico
(Messina) 1990 and 1993, 2nd prize Reggina Philharmonic Academy
1991, 1st prize Boscoreale (Naples) 1992 and 1993, 3rd prize Pompei
1993, 2nd prize "Citta di Villa Perosa" 1996, 3rd prize
Campagna (Salerno) 1996, 2nd prize "Citta di Barcelona P.G."
1996 etc.
Anna Paola attended Master classes held by Bruno and FrancoMezzena
in Riva del Garda, by Carlo Bruno in Porto Torres, by Sonia Pahor
in Scala Torregrotta and also in Ilirska Bistrica (Slovenia) and
by Donella D'Alessio in Sabaudia. She also participated in the
advances three year course in chamber music held by the Trio Mezzena-Bonucci
at the Music Academy Pescarese.
In addition to her concert activity as a soloist as well as a
chamber musician, Anna has also frequently performed as a pianist,
harpsichordist and organist for Eine Kleine Orchestra, Rhegium
Consort, Orchestra of the City Theatre of Roccella Jonica, and
the New Youth Chamber Orchestra of Messina. Her teaching experience
includes the assistant teacher position in the Lirical Theatre
Laboratory at the City Theatre of Roccella Jonica. She frequently
collaborates with the Synth Orchestra of Rome.
In 2003 she was invited by the Association Dante Alighieri from
Moscow to play two concerts in the Russian capital, in duo with
the clarinetist Giampietro Giumento. The concerts were held in
the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the foundation in Saint
Petersburg.
She is teacher in Scuola Comunale
di Musica "Iseo Ilari" di Monte Porzio Catone (RM).
